Four kinds of banshee archetypes in Lin Bai＇s novels through the analysis of Mytho - Archetypical Criticism, ＂sha jie＂ banshee, urban Nemesis, country sexual banshee, and variant banshee in ＂Yinjiao＂ are obtained, show the transition of Linbai＇s writing from female＇s aestheticism in early time to radical feminism in middle time, to folk position and to the thoughts of consumption culture in 21 st century. Therefore, the evo- lution of banshee archetypes shows the process of transition and artistic charm in her works.
