摘要
从宏观与微观两个层面对成就动机进行了概览和评介 ,指出未来的研究应摒弃平面的要素论视角 ,从人们所处的背景文化。
This paper deals with achievement motivation upon both macro and micro layers,and points out that future research should spurn visual angle of factors theory,moreover constructs a hierarchial-network model about achievement motivation on multi-lager,which involves individul cultural background one belongs to,his cultural experiment and psychological factors of achievemental behavior.
