摘要
改革开放以来随着中国经济社会的发展,中国林业生态建设也在不断推进,林业生态补偿问题也被提到了议事日程。论述林业生态补偿的必要性,分析中国林业生态补偿的历史及现状,讨论国外的生态补偿机制,并在此基础上提出完善中国林业生态补偿机制的建议。
With China＇s economic and social development since the reform and opening up, the forestry ecologi- cal construction is constantly advancing. Forestry ecological compensation is also proposed in propaganda. This paper discusses the necessity of forestry ecological compensation;analyzes the historical and current situation of China＇s forestry ecological compensation;introduces the ecological compensation mechanism in foreign countries; put forward suggestions to perfect the forestry ecological compensation mechanism.
