摘要
对中职教师省级培训音乐与财会专业进行问卷调查,通过对调查问卷的统计分析,从培训时间、培训内容以及培训方式方法等方面,得到参培教师的相关意见和建议。调查结果对中职教师培训工作的启示有二:教师为本的培训理念,是教师培训的共性原则;实践取向的培训设计,是中职教师培训的具体操作。
A survey has been conducted on some secondary vocational school teachers of the mu- sic and accounting professions. The statistical analysis of the questionnaire showed the opinions and suggestions of these teachers on training time, training content, and training methods. The results implied that in the secondary vocational teachers' training, we should adopt teacher-orientation as the general principle and practice-oriented training design at the operational level.
