重复颈动脉支架置入术治疗支架内再狭窄的近期疗效

Immediate curative effect of repeated stenting treatment of restenosis after carotid artery stenting

目的：探讨重复颈动脉支架置入术（ CAS）治疗支架内再狭窄（ ISR）患者的近期疗效。方法9例ISR患者重复行CAS治疗，术后定期随访，观察其临床效果。结果本组患者均成功重复置入颈动脉支架，术后造影显示狭窄程度≤10％者6例，11％～20％者2例，＞20％者1例；术后随访6个月，未发现神经系统功能障碍或缺血性脑卒中复发，造影复查狭窄程度仅1例加重，其余未改变。结论重复CAS治疗ISR患者安全、可行，疗效显著。

Objective To discuss short-term curative effect of repeated carotid artery stenting （ CAS） in patients with in-stent restenosis（ISR）.Methods A retrospective analysis of 9 patients undergoing repeated therapy treatment of CAS was undertaken and a postoperative follow-up was carried out to observe clinical effect .Results All the patients were successfully planted with repeated ca-rotid stents and postoperative angiography showed that stenosis degree was ≤10%in 6 patients,11%-20%in 2 patients,＆gt;20%in 1 patient.All the patients were followed up for 6 months and no new neurological disorder or transient ischemic attack symptoms were found again .Angiographic stenosis degree increased in only one patient and the others remained unchanged .Conclusion Repeated CAS approach is safe and reliable in the treatment of ISR patients .
