腱鞘巨细胞瘤MRI诊断的影像学特点 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腱鞘巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of tendon sheath,GCTTS)的MRI影像特点。方法回顾性分析15例经手术和病理学检查确诊的GCTTS患者的临床资料,全部病例均行MRI平扫,其中9例行增强扫描,总结其影像学特点。结果15例GCTTS患者中,局限型12例,弥漫型3例,其中2例术后复发;肿瘤发生于关节周围,T1WI上13例为低或稍低信号,2例为中等信号,T2WI上6例为高低混杂信号,5例为低信号,2例为中等信号,2例为高或稍高信号。结论 GCTTS多发生于手、足等小关节,MRI信号呈多样性,在T1WI呈特征性低信号,在T2WI呈高低混杂信号,具有较高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。 Objective To compare clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy gravel and transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy on upper ureteral calculi. Methods Forty-two patients with upper ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups,22 patients in observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy gravel,20 patients in control group were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Results Surgical success rate and stone clearance rate by one time treatment method of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Hospital stay and hospitalization expense of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy gravel is better than that of transurethral ureteroscopy on upper ureteral calculi.
