2型糖尿病并发视网膜病变相关因素分析

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病并发视网膜病变的相关因素。方法选择经门诊检查确诊为2型糖尿病的患者130例,根据眼底检查以双眼是否有糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)分为对照组53例(无DR),观察组77例(有DR)。记录患者病程、体重指数、血压,测量空腹血糖、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等可能影响DR的因素,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组体重指数、空腹血清C肽值低于对照组(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析表明,糖尿病患者并发视网膜病变与病程、糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血清C肽存在显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论病程和糖化血红蛋白是2型糖尿病并发视网膜病变的危险因素,C肽是2型糖尿病并发视网膜病变的保护因素。
