摘要
介绍了一种用于实现车辆转向的行星耦合机构,阐述了其原理、工作过程,通过多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn对该机构进行了实体建模及动力学分析.通过仿真,分析了给定输入转速及负载转矩下机构左右两端的输出转速和转矩,为分析车辆转向奠定了基础,同时对机构内部各接触点的受力分析为零件选型提供了依据.
This paper introduces a coupling mechanism used for vehicle steering and describes its principle, working process. Entity modeling and dynamical analysis are finished by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn. Through simulation in given input rotational speeds and load torques, left and right ends’ output rotational speeds and torques are analyzed and obtained which lay the foundation for analysis about vehicle steering. Meanwhile the force analysis of meshing points inside the mechanism provides references for component selection.
