摘要
以YCYJ系列抽油机为研究对象,分析了该机型的工作原理及平衡原理.总结了液压系统平衡参数的设计方法.然后建立了该机型的AMEsim模型,对液压系统的进行了动态分析,重点分析了蓄能器的充气压力对平衡度的影响.仿真结果验证了平衡设计方法的准确性.并且发现液压抽油机存在的问题:换向时的速度突变、换向停顿的溢流损失.
This paper took the YCYJ series of hydraulic pumping unit as the research object, analyzed its working principle and balance principles, and summed up the design way for confirming the balance parameters. Then its AMEsim model is established, recharge pressure of accumulator are emphatically analyzed for confirm impact on the balance. The simulation results verify the accuracy of balance design method. And found its disadvantages, like the sudden change of speed and overflow loss when pumping unit change its direction.
