Design of LED Lamp Ball Driver Based on HV9921 Working in the City Power Supply

简要介绍了Supertex公司的HV9921的性能和引脚含义，并提出了基于HV9921的市电供电LED恒流驱动器的设计思路，分析了电路工作原理和功能特点。根据详细的推演计算对电路中使用的元器件参数进行冗余选择，设计电路图制成PCB板并对实物灯具进行波形测试与分析，最后说明了设计中还存在的问题。设计的驱动电路无需大而笨重的电源变压器，仅需使用很少量的外部元件，即可组成85~264VAC通用输入的LED灯电源，提供20mA的恒定电流，为10个高亮度LED组成的灯球供电。

This paper introduces Performance and pin meanings of the Supertex company HV9921, then puts forward the design thought of LED constant current drive power supply based on HV9921, the analysis principle and function characteristics of circuit, based on the detailed calculation of parameters of the components used in the circuit of redundancy selection, circuit design and PCB board made of testing and analysis waveform of real lamps according to the design, there are also problems. The driving circuit design without the need of large and heavy power transformer, using only very few external components, can be composed of 85 ~ 264VAC universal input LED lamp power supply, provides a constant current of 20mA, consists of 10 high brightness LED lamp ball power supply.
