摘要
根据福建南平樟湖库区大桥钢浮箱项目的工程概况,设计要求,从整体和局部两方面进行施工图设计.整体设计方面:单个浮箱外形尺寸长9.0m,宽3.0m,高1.5m.局部设计方面:单个浮箱由间距为500mm的12个横向框架,5个纵向框架,2个水平框架构成,在框架交点处设置25根支柱;沿浮箱9m方向布置两道隔舱板,形成单箱三室结构,每个舱室顶部布置一个进人孔;浮箱之间接头上部采用单双耳插销连接,下部采用丙丁钩耦合.施工图设计满足设计要求,符合工程需要,可为类似工程中浮箱设计提供参考.
In this paper, according to Project Overview, design requirements of steel floating box of Fujian Nanping Zhanghu Reservoir Bridge project, carry out the construction drawing design from both global and local. Overall design: The single floating box dimensions is Length 9.0m, width 3.0m,1.5m length. Local design: A single floating box is constitutes by pitch of 500mm 12 transverse frame, five vertical frames, the two horizontal frame,25 pillar is provided in the frame at the intersection; Along the 9m direction of floating box arranged the two bulkhead plate to form a three-compartment structure of the single-box, each compartment into the top arrangement of a hole; Floating box joints between the upper single binaural bolt connection, the lower part of probucol hook coupling. The construction drawing design meets the design requirements, in accordance with the needs, and provides a reference for the design of floating box in the similar projects.
