摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸钠氯化钠注射液中阿魏酸钠的含量.以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以水-甲醇-冰醋酸(69∶30∶1.5,体积比)为流动相,检测波长为310 nm,进样量为20μL,理论塔板数按阿魏酸钠峰计算应不低于2 000,按外标法以峰面积计算.结果表明:氯化钠和辅料对阿魏酸钠的含量测定没有影响,回收率在99.9%~100.8%之间,阿魏酸钠的重复性和稳定性良好,浓度在7.944~39.72 μg·mL-1的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,该法适于阿魏酸钠氯化钠注射液中阿魏酸钠含量的测定.
The content of sodium ferulate in sodium ferulate sodium chloride injection was determined by HPLC using oetadecylsilane bonded silica as filler,water-methanol-acetic acid (69:30:1.5,volume ratio) as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 310 nm. Number of theoretical plates of sodium ferulate peak should not be less than 2 000. The injection volume was 20μL. The results showed that the content determination of sodium ferulate was not interferred by sodium chloride and other additives,the recovery rate was 99.9%-100.8%,the repeatability and stability were good,the concentration had good linear relationship with peak area at the range of 7. 944- 39. 72μg · mL-1. This method is suitable for the content determination of sodium ferulate in sodium ferulate sodium chloride injection.
