地下结构工程渗漏防治的新措施探讨

随着城市经济的不断发展,大型城市综合体项目不断涌现,大型地下车库、地下设备用房及地下通道也越来越多,随之而来的是不断发生的地下室底板及外墙渗漏现象,其实设计上一般对地下部分混凝土结构标明了一定的抗渗等级,现结合工程案例,从现场施工角度,分析地下结构工程渗漏水原因,做好预防措施,以寻求控制对策。
