对加强中职卫校教师师德建设的思考

中职卫校作为职业教育的一个组成部分,在服务经济发展、加快城乡医疗卫生事业建设,培养一线卫生技术护理人才方面起着重要的作用。办好中职卫校,必须重视教师师德建设,充分认识加强师德建设的重要性,正视中职卫校师德建设中存在的问题,从而在战略高度做好顶层设计,开展师德宣传教育,加强制度建设,进行实践探索。
