摘要
信息技术和计算机技术的发展,为网络营销的发展提供了一个良好的发展机遇。在日趋激烈的网购竞争中,主要分析作为B2C购物网站应如何使消费者获得最佳的营销体验,并希望借此对国内其他网络购物网站带来借鉴意义。本文提出一个较为可靠和可行的营销策略,如建立消费者信任、改善服务质量、保护消费者信息以提高其在未来电子商务领域中的竞争力。同时,这种思路也可以启发国内电子商务平台,来增强自己的竞争力,更好面对国外的竞争对手。
Information technology and the development of computer technology, offer a good op- portunity for the development of network marketing. In fierce competition in e - commerce, this article analyses how shopping site should be to make consumers get the best marketing experience, and hoping to bring other domestic network shopping website for reference. The article regards the establishment of consumer confidence, improve service quality, and strengthen the protection of consumer information in order to improve its competitiveness. Also, this idea can also inspire other domestic e - commerce business, to enhance their competitiveness.
