摘要
分析三亚市违法建筑存在的消防安全违法行为和火灾隐患,主要包括农垦商住型违法建筑和家庭旅馆型违法建筑,探讨消防监督执法难点,并提出加强消防监督工作的建议和措施,如探讨消防监管的新模式、强化各部门联合执法、规范管理等。
Illegal acts and fire risks of fire illegal buildings in Sanya city were analyzed, including farming-to-commercial buildings and family hotels, difficulties in fire supervision were discussed,and suggestions and countermeasures were proposed to strengthen fire supervision as discovering new model of fire supervision, strengthening joint law enforcement and standardi- zing management.
