系统性红斑狼疮患者血清同型半胱氨酸和血脂变化的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血脂的变化与SLE患者病情活动度及狼疮骨坏死的关系。方法分别检测70例SLE患者及40例健康人群的血清Hcy和血脂水平,并根据病情活动情况和骨骼有无坏死分为SLE活动组、非SLE活动组及狼疮骨坏死组(SLE-ON组)、非狼疮骨坏死组(非SLE-ON组),分别比较各组Hcy和血脂水平及其与病情活动度、狼疮骨坏死的关系。结果 (1)SLE活动组、非活动组较对照组比较,血清Hcy、TC、TG、HDL、LDL差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);SLE活动组较非活动组比较,血清Hcy、TC、TG、HDL、LDL差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)SLE-ON组与非SLE-ON组比较,血清Hcy、TC、TG、HDL、LDL差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)血清Hcy水平与SLEDAI评分、TC、TG、LDL呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关。结论 SLE患者的血清Hcy和血脂异常与病情活动度及骨骼缺血坏死有关。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and serum lipids in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and the correlation between the changes and activity of SLE and lupus bone necrosis. Methods Seventy cases SLE patients and forty cases healthy people were detected in serum Hcy and serum lipids levels, and were divided into SLE ac- tivity group, inactivity group, osteonecrosis in patients with SLE group(SLE-ON group), with- out osteonecrosis in patients with SLE group(non SLE-ON group) according to illness activity and whether had involved osteonecrosis. Results (1) Compared with the control group, serum Hcy, TC, TG, HDL and LDL of the SLE activity group and the inactive group had statistically significant differences(P^0.05)~ compared with the inactive group, the differences of serum Hcy, TC, TG, HDL, LDL in SLE activity group were statistically significant(P〈~0.05)~ (2) Compared with non SLE-ON group, serum Hcy, TC, TG, HDL and LDL of SLE-ON group had statistically significant differenees(P〈0.05).(3)The serum Hcy level and SLEDAI score, TC, TG, LDL were positively correlated, and the level of HDL was negatively relative to the level of serum Hcy. Conclusion Hcy and blood lipid levels are associated with the level of disease activi- ty and osteonecrosis in patients with SLE.
