摘要 目的研究猪胆干膏的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀等模型观察猪胆干膏的抗炎作用,并测定前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果猪胆干膏能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,降低小鼠毛细血管通透性,减轻大鼠足跖肿胀,并降低炎症组织PGE2和NO含量,增强血清SOD活性。结论猪胆干膏具有明显的抗炎作用,其抗炎机制可能与降低血管通透性、抑制炎症介质生成及增强清除氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化的能力有关。 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of pig bile dry extract. Methods The auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene, the abdominal cavity capillary permeability increased by acetic acid, the paw swelling induced by carrageenan in rats were applied in anti-inflammatory experiments. The anti-inflammatory effect of pig bile dry extract in different models were ob served. Then the content of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), nitric oxide(NO) and the activity of super oxide dismutase(SOD) were determined. Results Pig bile dry extract could inhibit the auricular edema, the capillary permeability and the paw swelling induced by carrageenan, reduced PGE2 and NO contents in the inflammatory organization and increased SOD activity in serum. Conclu- sion Pig bile dry extract exhibits obvious anti-inflammatory effects. The mechanisms of anti-in flammatory action are related to the depression of vasopermeability, reduction of inflammatory mediators and augmentation of oxygen free radical scavenging capacity and anti lipid peroxidation.
