重复床旁超声检查在重症创伤中的应用

Repeated bedside ultrasound application in severe trauma

目的探讨必要的重复床旁超声检查对重症创伤患者的诊断价值。方法将首次和多次超声检查结果与临床确诊结果对照。结果经手术、病理、CT等其他临床资料证实,多次超声检查诊断符合率为99.2%,首次检查诊断符合率81.8%。结论床旁超声检查重症患者方便、迅速、可靠,有重要的临床价值,特别是其重复性等优点,应该视为首选。

Objective To explore the value of repeated bed necessary by ultrasonography in diagno- sis of severe trauma patients. Methods Initial and repeat ultrasound examination results were compared with the clinical diagnosis. Results The clinical data, operation pathology, CT con- firmed： the diagnostic accordance rate of multiple ultrasound diagnosis was 99.2%, and 81.8% for the first time. Conclusion Bedside ultrasound in critically ill patients has the advantages of convenient, fast, reliable, has important clinical value, especially the advantages of repeatability, should be regarded as the first choice.
