腕部识别带在消化科患者中的应用

Application of the wrist identification with nursing experience in patients with digestive department

目的：探讨腕部识别带在消化科临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2012年5月-2013年5月收治的1150例患者，门诊医师将患者信息准确录入电脑系统，住院处工作人员根据病案号从电脑将信息提取并打印，将腕部识别带佩戴在患者腕部。出院时对患者进行满意度测评并统计分析护理问题发生情况。结果：患者满意度达97%-99%，因患者身份识别错误而导致相关护理问题发生率为0。结论：腕部识别带可以提高医护人员对患者识别的准确性，有效避免护理差错和医疗纠纷，提高患者满意度。

Objective：To study the effect of wrist identification applied to the digestive department clinical nursing management. Methods：From May 2012 to May 2013 treated 1150 patients,the clinic will be accurate patient information into the computer system,the admission office staff number according to the medical record information extraction from the computer and print out,took the wrist to identify wear in patients with wrist. And the patient degree of satisfac-tion evaluation and statistical analysis of nursing problems happening. Results：The patients,satisfaction was 97% -99%,more than nursing quality stand-ards,related nursing problems caused by the patient identification error rate to zero. Conclusion：With the wrist recognition can improve the accuracy of the medical personnel to patients to identify,can effectively avoid the nursing error and medical disputes,improve patient′s satisfaction.
