心理护理对尿毒症血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on patients' anxiety and depression with uremia hemodialysis

目的：探讨心理护理对尿毒症血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法：选取2010年10月-2011年10月我院收治的尿毒症血液透析患者160例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施针对性心理护理干预,对照组患者采取常规护理干预。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）评价两组患者的焦虑、抑郁水平。结果：试验组患者的HAMA,HAMD评分均低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对尿毒症血液透析患者进行个体化心理护理干预后,其焦虑、抑郁情绪显著减少,故恰当、有计划的心理干预可以改善尿毒症血液透析患者的心理情绪,提高其生存质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients′anxiety and depression with uremia hemodialysis. Methods：In hemodialysis patients from Oct. 2010-Oct. 2011 in our hospital,160 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were given targeted psychological nursing intervention,while the control group patients take common nursing. Hamilton Anxiety Scale （ HAMA） ,Hamilton Depres-sion Scale （ HAMD） assessment anxiety,depression level of two groups of patients. Results：After nursing the HAMA score and the HAMD score of experi-mental group were all lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Individual psychological nursing inter-vention on uremic dialysis patients,anxiety,depression,decreased significantly,so the appropriate planned psychological intervention can improve uremic di-alysis patients psychological and improve the quality of life of patients.
