三维适形放疗联合介入化疗治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的临床观察

Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Interventional Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

目的评价三维适形放疗联合介入化疗对局部晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果。方法将46例局部晚期胰腺癌患者分为2组,对照组18例仅采用三维适形放疗,观察组28例采用三维适形放疗+介入化疗。结果观察组有效率、生存、临床受益反应均优于对照组(P<0.05),2组毒副反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合介入化疗治疗局部晚期胰腺癌具有较好的近远期疗效,且耐受性好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with inter-ventional chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Forty-six patients with lo-cally advanced pancreatic cancer were divided into two groups,18 patients of the control group received three-di-mensional conformal radiotherapy,and 28 patients of the observation group three-dimensional conformal radiothera-py combined with interventional chemotherapy. Results The response rate,survival and clinical benefit response of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P ＆lt; 0. 05）;there was no statistical difference in the toxicities between the two groups（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy com-bined with interventional chemotherapy is effect and safe in the treatment of patients with locally advanced pancreat-ic cancer.
