图像引导下非小细胞肺癌放疗研究进展

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)在城市人口中发病率逐年升高,且死亡率居常见恶性肿瘤的首位。但部分患者合并其他内科疾病或患者体弱不能耐受手术治疗、或已发展为局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(10callyadvancednonsmallcelllungcancer,LANSCLC),失去根治性手术的机会,对这类患者放疗是一种有效的治疗手段,其对患者局部损伤轻,并发症也最少,
