心理资本在留守初中生生活事件与主观幸福感关系中的调节作用 被引量:48

Left-at-Home Lower Secondary School Students' Life Events and Subjective Well-Being: The Mediating Effect of Psychological Capital

摘要 目的:探讨留守初中生生活事件、心理资本与主观幸福感之间的关系。方法:采用积极心理资本量表、青少年生活事件量表与主观幸福感量表,对广西壮族自治区四所初级中学305名学生进行测查。结果:(1)留守初中生生活事件、心理资本和主观幸福感两两之间相关显著;(2)心理资本在生活事件与主观幸福感之间起调节作用。结论:良好的心理资本可以缓解负性生活事件对留守中学生主观幸福感的消极影响。 This study aims to explore the relationship between life events, psychological capital, and subjec- tive well-being, by using questionnaires and scales to survey 305 left-at-home children (those mml children left at home by their parents seeking employment in cities) from 4 lower secondary schools in the Guangxi Zhuang Au- tonomous Region. The results reveal the following: (1) there is a significant correlation between these children's life events, psychological capital and subjective well-being; (2) psychological capital plays a partially intermediary role between their life events and subjective well-being. The study draws the conclusion that psychological capital, an intermediary variable, can alleviate the negative effect of negative life events on left-at-home lower secondary school students.
