颈部血管彩色多普勒超声在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查在脑卒中筛查中的应用价值。方法应用迈瑞公司M7彩色多普勒超声诊断系统对青岛市崂山区高危人群1451人进行颈部血管颅外段检测,按年龄进行随机分为4组,测量血管内中膜厚度、观察斑块形成、判断斑块性质,然后进行统计学分析。结果受检者颈部血管内中膜增厚率和斑块发生率随着年龄的增长而增加(P<0.05),同一年龄组中男性颈部血管内中膜增厚率和斑块发生率较女性显著增加(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声能够准确有效的发现颈部血管内中膜增厚、斑块形成和斑块性质,为脑卒中的早期防治提供有力影像学依据,从而有效减少脑卒中的发生率,改善预后。 Objective To explore the usefulness of the carotid artery examination by color Doppler ultrasound to screen high-risk population of stroke. Methods A total of 1451 persons belonging to the high-risk population were randomly divided into four groups(40-49 years-old group,50-59 years-old group,60-69 years-old group,70- years-old group),and their carotid arteries were all examined by Mindray M7 Diagnostic Ultrasound System with Linear transducer 7L4s (5.0/7.5/10.0 MHz). The carotid intima-media thicknesses were measured, atherosclerotic plaques were observed and their features were analysed. Results Among the above groups,the incidence rates of the carotid intima-media thickness thickening and the atherosclerotic plaques occurring were constantly increased with the age becoming older (P〈0.05). In the age-same group,there was apparent differences of the incidence rates of the carotid intima-media thickness thickening and the atherosclerotic plaques i. e male persons more singnificantly increased than female persons(P〈0.05). Conclusion Thickening of the carotid intima- media thickness and the atherosclerotic plaques formation can be accurately observed and measured by color Doppler ultrasound for carotid artery examination,which just can provide enough imaging evidences thus to reduce the incidence rate of stroke ,and 'to improve prognosis of cerebral apoplexy.
