摘要凝血功能异常是重症监护病房（intensive care unit,ICU）患者常见的一种并发症,很多研究都表明重症ICU患者血钙异常和凝血功能障碍发生率高且与预后密切相关[1,2].本项研究通过回顾性分析比较病情好转和恶化的两组不同ICU患者凝血功能改变,分析血钙与凝血功能改变的关系,探讨不同预后的ICU患者凝血功能改变的差异及对预后的影响.
