临床路径在抗洪抢险医疗队救治流程优化中的应用价值

Application value of clinical pathway to optimize the treatment & cure process of flood rescue medical team

本文旨在通过文献回顾和德尔菲法探讨临床路径在疾病救治流程中的应用价值,建立抗洪抢险医疗队热区疾病救治流程优化方案。确证热区疾病救治流程具备临床路径应用的条件。笔者认为基于临床路径构建抗洪抢险医疗队热区疾病救治流程,对于规范疾病救治流程,降低部队的伤病发生率,提高部队战斗力具有重要意义。

This study was to demonstrate the application feasibility of clinical pathway to the main diseases in tropical areas,and to establish the optimization treatment process program of flood rescue in tropical areas for medical teams, by using the literature review and Delphi technique. It is demonstrated that occurrence characteristics of the main diseases in tropical areas are consistent with the general requirements of clinical pathway technology. Authors think that the application of clinical pathway to the treatment of the main diseases in tropical areas will improve the efficiency and quality of treatment and be helpful to reduce the injury incidence,as well as lift the combat effectiveness of troops.
