Method of PLC in SBR sewage treatment

采用PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)来控制SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)污水处理系统,首先简单介绍了PLC概念和SBR污水处理系统的工艺过程,然后介绍了SBR污水处理的PLC控制系统的系统框图、工作原理,在此基础上,论述该系统硬件部分和软件部分,包括PLC的选型和其他主要资源配置,PLC程序的编制和调试等。整个控制方法简单、灵活,符合当代污水处理所要求的高效节能、灵活多功能的发展趋势,这也是PLC在污水处理过程中得到广泛应用的主要原因之一。

This paper used PLC（ Programmable logic Controller）to control the SBR（ Sequencing Batch Reactor） sewage treatment system. This paper first briefly introduces the definition of PLC and SBR in sewage treatment system of the process, and then introduces the principle of SBR system, control system of sewage treatment PLC, on this basis, the hardware and software of the system,including the selection of PLC and other major resources configuration, PLC programming and debugging. The control method is simple, flexible, high efficiency and energy saving, in line with the development trend of modern sewage treatment required by the flexible multi function, which is one of the main reasons that the PLC is widely used in the wastewater treatment process.
