浅析大学新生交往的心理障碍及对策

Analyse the psychological problems between the freshman and the way to handle them

对大学新生的调查结果表明 ,阻碍大学生交往的障碍因素主要是来自大学生个体心理方面。分析这些障碍因素产生的心理原因 ,并有针对性地提出了一些对策和建议 。

The investigation to the freshmen shows that the factors to effect their association are mainly psychological factors. In view of these factors, the author gives some useful suggestions to help the freshman over come them.
