摘要
针对安全带及安全气囊在碰撞过程中会给乘员胸部带来巨大压力的问题,用中国新车评价规程C-NCAP对某车型进行正面碰撞仿真试验,仿真模型通过控制气囊和安全带的作用时间来改善乘员的胸部压缩量.对比模拟结果与试验结果表明,安全带限力值和气囊的点火时间是影响胸部压缩量的主要影响参数.在调整安全带限力值的同时,需要调节气囊点火时间来保证气囊刚度,使其对乘员胸部压缩量的影响平均化、分散化,从而降低乘员胸部的压缩量,以给乘员更好的保护.
According to the problem that the seat belt and airbag can produce enormous pressure to occupant in the crash process, a frontal crash simulation of the car based on the China New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP) was conducted, the dummy chest deflection was improved by controlling the work time of airbag and seatbelt. The comparison of simulation result and test result show that the seat belt force limiter and airbag ignition time are the main effecting parameters of chest deflection. With the adjustment of seat belt force limiter value,the ignition of airbag must be adjusted at the same time,in order to make appropriate stiffness of airbag,reduce the chest deflection and provide a better occupant protection.
