摘要 针对实际工程中钢管桁架结构的优化问题,以管桁架结构总质量最小为目标函数,以强度、刚度、稳定性等为约束条件,分别运用Matlab与ANSYS对该桁架结构进行优化分析.将两种方法优化前后的管桁架结构的受力性能比较分析,并对桁架结构优化设计提出合理的建议. In order to solve the optimal design problem of steel tube truss structure in the practical engineering, the minimum total mass of the tube truss structure was considered as the objective function, strength,rigidity and stability were considered as restrain conditions, the optimal analysis of the truss structure was conducted based on Matlab and ANSYS. The mechanical properties of the truss structure before and after optimization from two methods were compared, and reasonable proposals were provided for the optimal design of the truss structure.
