新时期加强对大学生的创新精神培养是应对世界科技革命新挑战 ,促进我国社会经济发展 ,实现跨世纪宏伟目标的重要条件。为此 ,高等学校应不断深化教学改革 ,把培养学生的创新精神做为素质教育的重中之重 。

At present we should take the effective measures and foster the creative spirit of College students.All these mentionde above are the solutions to the new challenges of world-wide scientific revolution,and also they are the necessary factors country and to realize the great target for stepping into the new century.Therefore,the managements in universities must deepen the reform in teaching and learning,the bilateral activities.They should focus their attentions on fostering the creative spirit of college students,not only in the course of Quality Education,but in the whole process of the bilateral activities.
