我国的宁养服务是专门针对贫困家庭的晚期癌症患者所提供的医学和人文服务。当前,在我国开展宁养服务还存在着医疗服务缺乏规范、社会工作者缺乏培训和志愿服务者缺乏引导等问题,鉴此,应进行专门的立法加以解决。
