摘要
知情同意书是临床上常用的一种医疗文书。本文从医患双方对知情同意书所存在的认识误区和该书在内容设计上所存在的缺陷进行了分析,进而在此基础上提出相关的对策建议。
Informed consent is a kind of medical document commonly used in clinical practice. This article analyzes the docfor-patients＂ cognition errors on informed consent and content design flaws of informed consent, then advances the relevant improved steps for the problems.
