Chinese higher education has experienced the imitation period , and is gradually stepping into a new phase of recon-struction and innovation .During this process , newly-established universities need start thinking the issues of orientation and trend.Teaching and service oriented universities , as a newly arisen running model , have gradually shown their new features in talents cultivation , scientific research , internal management , and university development , which are worth deep consideration and reflection .
