长株潭城市群的形成及其行政组织与管理模式研究

A Study on the Evolution of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Metropolis and the Mode of the Administrative Organizations and Administration

长株潭是我国一种比较典型而又独特的城市群区，经历了“合－分－再融合”的演变过程，目前一体化的趋势十分明显，但是现行行政体制已经严重滞后，迫切需要建立一种新的区域协调管理机制，为此，本文对长析潭城市群行政组织与管理模式作了初步探讨。

Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan, which has gone through a long process of combining-separating-recombining, is a typical and peculiar metropolis, and appears integration tendency. But the present administrative system has fallen behind. It is an urgent need to establish a new regional coordinated mechanism. In this paper, the author makes preliminary discussion on the model of administrative organizations and administration of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan metropolis.
