摘要
心脏功能对于维持人体正常的新陈代谢有着十分重要的意义,良好的心脏功能可以给健康的体质提供重要的保证,同时,运动健身往往以提高心脏功能为目标,而且心脏功能的好坏直接决定了运动健身的方式、运动强度和运动持续时间,影响着运动健身的效果。因此,我们在运动健身时必须对心脏功能进行科学的评定和监督。
The function of heart is very important to keep human’s metabolism in normal. Well function of heart can assure our health, at the same time, improving the function of heart is the task of the physical fitness activities and on the other hand, it is the function of heart that decides the method of physical fitness activities ,the exercise strength and the exercise load, influencing the result of the physical fitness activities.So we must think of the function of heart when in physical fitness activities.
