创业环境对高职院校大学生创业意向的影响因素研究

A Research of the Influence of Entrepreneurial Environment on Higher Vocational College Students' Entrepreneurial Desire

创业环境对创业活动具有很强的影响力,创业意向是预测创业行为的最好指标。以江苏省某高职院校大学生为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷进行抽样调查,对调查数据进行处理,了解创业环境对大学生创业意向的影响因素。研究认为高职院校大学生具有较强烈的创业意向,创业文化环境、创业教育环境、创业政策环境、创业融资环境以及创业家庭环境等因素对高职院校大学生创业意向具有显著的影响;在研究的基础上提出了优化创业环境的应对策略。

Entrepreneurial environment has a strong influence on entrepreneurial ~ ~ [^-- desire is the most important predictor of entrepreneurial behaviors. This paper, taking students of a higher vocational college in Jiangsu Province as research participants, and processing the data of sampling survey conducted through questionnaires, tries to reveal the influencing factors of entrepreneurial environment on students＇ entrepreneurial desire. The study shows that higher vocational college students have a strong entrepreneurial desire, that all the factors and environments relevant to entrepreneurship, such as culture, education, policy, financing and family, have a direct or indirect impact on students＇ entrepreneurial desire. This paper also presents strategies of entrepreneurial environment optimization.
