亲环素A在动脉粥样硬化发生过程中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 亲环素A(cyclophilinA,CyPA)是一种高度保守且广泛存在细胞内、外的多功能蛋白,具有肽基脯氨酰顺/反异构酶活性,参与蛋白质折叠、装配与运输;其在细胞内能与环孢酶素A结合,参与免疫抑制、细胞凋亡,在信号转导中具有重要作用,还可介导胆固醇转运。近年的研究显示CypA还是一种前炎症因子及促粥样硬化分子,介导动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)发生和发展的多个病理过程。本文就CypA在AS的发生过程中的作用作一综述。
