摘要
介绍了用分压法测量直流高压高值电阻器的校准方法,在建立了数学模型的基础上,给出了校准过程中影响测量结果准确度的因素,并结合标准器性能在不同测量区间的差异,对各种因素给测量结果带来的不确定度通过A类及B类不确定度评定方法进行了详尽的分析。
This paper introduced the principle of the calibration of DC high voltage and value of resistors by method of divided voltage. On the basis of the foundation of mathematics model,it finds the factors affecting calibration re- suits,in the mean time,different measurement ranges were considered. This paper makes a detailed analysis for the measurement uncertainty of all the factors by A-class and B-class method of evaluation of measurement uncertainty.
