摘要
回顾性总结32例同期双侧人工髋关节置换术中感染控制的细节,包括手术环境控制、抗生素及抗生素骨水泥的应用、术中冲洗和保暖等,重点强调转换另侧关节置换过程中手术人员及手术器械的无菌管理。32例病人术后伤口均按时Ⅰ期愈合,随访无一例发生切口感染。手术室护士术中注重对感染控制的细节管理能有效降低术后感染发生率。
Infection control details of 32cases of patients undergoing simultaneous bilateral artificial hip replacement were retrospectively summed up,including operation environment control,application of antibiotics and antibiotic-loaded cement,washing and warming during operation.It emphasized on aseptic management of surgical staff and surgical instruments during of conversion of the other side of joint replacement surgery.Postoperative wound in all 32cases of patients reached to healing stageⅠon time,and follow-up results showed that no one had incision infection.It thought that operating room nurses thinking highly of the details of management of infection control can effective reduce the incidence of postoperative infections.
