山东旅游职业教育改革的几点设想——以旅游日语专业为例

Several Ideas on the Reforms of Vocational Tourism Education

近年来随着旅游业的不断发展,国内国际旅游人数不断增加,对旅游从业人员的要求也越来越高,特别是外语类技能型人才严重不足。旅游职业教育既面临机遇又遭遇制约瓶颈,为满足市场需求,彰显旅游职业教育的本质,在提高教师队伍自身素质的基础上培养专业外语人才,走国际化道路是不可避免的趋势。

Recently with the development of tourism,the number of tourists from home and abroad is increas- ing unceasingly. The requirement for personnel who work for tourism is becoming more and more demanding. Spe- cially there is a serious shortage for skilled personnel of foreign languages. Vocational education of tourism is faced with both opportunities and encountered by constrained bottlenecks. To meet the demand of the market and high- light the nature of vocational education of tourism, it is inevitable to train professional talents of foreign languages on the basis of improving their own qualities of teachers and walk on the path of internationalization.
