摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方血栓通片中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、哈巴俄苷、迷迭香酸、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re的含量。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B,以乙腈为流动相A,梯度洗脱,柱温20℃,流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长203,270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、哈巴俄苷、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re在测定范围内呈良好线性关系,回收率符合要求。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方血栓通片中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、哈巴俄苷、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the simultaneous determination of tanshinone Ⅱ_A,cryptotanshinone,salvianolic acid B,rosmarinicacid, harpagoside,notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside R_g1,R_b1 and R_e in Fufang Xueshuantong tablets. Method: HPLC was performed on C18 column(4.6 mm250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution with 0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B and acetonitrile as mobile phase A.The column temperature was 20 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 203,270 nm. R_esult: tanshinone Ⅱ_A,cryptotanshinone,salvianolic acid B,rosmarinicacid, harpagoside,notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside R_g1,R_b1, R_e are in the determination of a good linear relationship within the scope. R_ecovery rate of the determination method corresponded to the experimental standard. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive,accurate,separable and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Fufang Xueshuantong tablets.
