高职药学专业实践教学体系构建探索

Exploration on Constructing Pharmacy Practice Teaching System of Higher Vocational Colleges

针对高职药学专业实践教学中存在的问题,探讨药学专业实践教学体系的构建,提出构建工学结合的实践教学目标体系、实施工学交替的实践教学模式、开展校企合作优化实践教学项目、创造合作共建实践教学条件、加强"双师型"教师队伍建设、完善实践教学管理制度等措施。

Aiming at the existing problems in practical teaching of Higher Vocational Education of pharmacy, the author ex-plored the construction of pharmacy practice teaching system, put forward the construction of the practice teaching target system com-bined working and learning, the implementation of practice teaching model of alternation between working and learning, the teaching programs with the school-enterprise cooperation, creating conditions of practice teaching, strengthening“double-qualified teachers”construction, perfecting teaching management system and other measures.
