摘要 本文系统回顾了绩效工资制度的国际实践研究,总结了实施绩效工资制度的积极效果,指出了其消极影响,归纳了绩效工资制度实践的一般规律,立足我国国情及中央国有企业实际,提出了实施该制度的策略和建议。 This Paper Reviews the international practice of performance -related pay policy, summarizes both the positive and negative effects of the policy; generalizes the rule of the performance-related pay practice; puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on Chinese national conditions and the reality of Chinese state-owned enterprises.
