摘要 培训是一个企业资产管理系统项目实施成功的重要保障。培训的实质是从顾问方向客户方的知识转移,培训的过程就是知识转移的过程。ERP项目实施成功的重要保证之一是在ERP系统实施前和实施中,对各岗位人员进行必要的操作培训。各岗位人员对ERP系统的掌握程度和对业务的熟练程度直接关系着ERP项目的成功实施。合理的培训是ERP项目成功的重要保证。在神宁煤业ERP项目实施、应用过程中,物资子系统在最终用户较多、人员素质不高等被动情况下,物资子系统上线及应用仍然走在了财务子系统、人力资源子系统前列,这与ERP项目物资组做了大量的培训工作是分不开的。 Training is the guaranty of implementing project successfully in enterprise assets management system. The essence of training is knowledge transferring from counselors to customers with the process of knowledge transferring. The most important as-surance of implementing ERP project successfully is necessary operation training to all staff before and in the implementing od ERP system. Success of ERP Project directly depends on mastery degree and proficiency of operating ERP system. Reasonable training is the key to the success of ERP project. The appearance and application of material subsystem are still taking the lead-ing role of financial subsystem and subsystem of human resources with the circumstances of more end users of low quality during implementation and application of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry, which is inseparable with a large amount of training by ERP project material group.
