分析影响单斗挖掘机生产能力的因素,提高单斗挖掘机的生产能力,有利于提高矿山生产能力,改善矿山的经济效益。气候、穿爆质量、生产工艺技术决策与参数、企业的组织管理与设备的维修保养水平、单斗挖掘机司机的操作水平等是影响单斗挖掘机生产能力主要的因素。为了提高单斗挖掘机的生产能力,必须改善穿爆质量,优化生产工艺技术决策与参数,提高企业的组织管理与设备的维修保养水平,提高单斗挖掘机司机的操作水平。

This paper analyzes the factors affecting the production capacity shovels. Improving shovel production capacity will help improve mine production capacity and improve economic efficiency of the mine. Maintenance level climate, blasting quality, production technology decisions and parameters, corporate organization and management ,operational level are the major factor which affect the production capacity of shovels. In order to improve the single-bucket excavator production capacity, we need to improve blasting quality, optimize the production process technology parameters ,improve the level of organization and management of enterprises and improve the operational level of shovels drivers.
