摘要
低温多效海水淡化蒸发器为大型多鞍座卧式容器,如何保证其安全运行是首先要关注的问题。本文对蒸发器模型进行简化,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了大型多鞍座卧式容器数值分析模型并进行了应力计算,重点考察了大型多鞍座卧式容器的端部鞍座位置变化对筒体的轴向应力、切向剪应力以及周向应力的影响。此外,还针对应力分布及变化趋势,分析了应力产生变化的原因,并提出了减小应力的措施。
For a large horizontal cylindrical vessels with multi saddles, such as the low temperature multi-effect desalination(MED) evaporator, a big concern is how to ensure the safety operation. In this paper, a numerical analysis model was established using the finite element software ANSYS and stress calculation was conducted with the emphasis upon the influence of the end saddle position on the axial stress, tangential stress and circumference stress at the cylindrical shell. In addition, for the stress distribution and variation, the corresponding causes are analyzed and possible measurements to decrease the stress magnitude are proposed.
