摘要
目的构建一套符合首都实际情况的医院文化建设考核指标体系。方法确立首都医院文化建设考核的备选指标,建立函询问卷,采用Delphi法对来自不同领域的30名专家进行两轮问卷函询。结果专家的权威系数平均为0.85,积极系数为100%,咨询的可靠性高。两轮函询的专家协调系数分别为0.341,0.410,统计检验P<0.01,专家意见协调性好,预测结果可取。最终确立了由4个一级指标、12个二级指标、48个三级指标所组成的首都医院文化建设考核指标体系。结论本指标体系比较科学、客观、全面,具有较强的可操作性,这在国内是一项有益探索。
Objectives To build a set of indicators to access the hospital culture construction in line with the actual situation in Beijing.Methods Finding out all alternative indicators to assess the effects of the hospital culture con-struction in Beijing,designing out the consulting questionnaire and carrying out two rounds of consultation with 30 experts from different fields by using the Delphi method.Results The average value of authority coefficient was 0.85 and the positive coefficient was 100%.The consulting result was reliable.The Kendall W coordination coeffi-cients of the experts'advice were 0.341 and 0.410 respectively during the two rounds of the consultation.The difference of the results were statistically significance (P〈0.01). It showed that the coordination of experts'advice was high,and the predicting results were reasonable.Finally the evaluation system including 4 first-class indicators,12 second-class indicators,48 third-class indicators was built up.Conclusions The set of indicator system is scien-tific,objective and comprehensive,and is of strong operability.It is a beneficial exploration in China.
