摘要
目的了解高校后勤工作员工工作倦怠与工作满意度、应对方式的关系。方法采用工作倦怠量表、简易应对方式问卷、工作满意度量表等对四川省内2所高校的后勤集团员工(含餐饮、宿舍管理、水电等部门的一线员工与管理者)共460人进行调查分析。结果员工的工作倦怠中,仅情绪衰竭(t=1.56,P<0.001)和成就感低落(t=2.33,P<0.001)维度与常模差异具有统计学意义,而人口统计学变量中,部门差异最为明显;工作倦怠与应对方式的各维度都显著相关,而工作满意度与工作倦怠的显著相关则分维度不同,且工作满意度和应对方式也显著相关;多元回归分析表明,应对方式对于工作满意度和情绪衰竭、玩世不恭关系的调节作用显著。结论高校后勤员工的工作倦怠状况较为普遍,人口统计学特征、工作满意度和应对方式均是重要的影响因素,且应对方式在工作满意度和工作倦怠关系中有一定的调节作用。
Objectives To investigate the correlation of job burnout,job satisfaction and coping styles of college logistic staffs.Methods 460 staffs from the departments of catering,dormitory management and property manage-ment of two colleges in Sichuan Province were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,Simpli-fied Coping Style Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Scale.Results the staffs'Emotional Exhaustion(t=1.56,P〈0.001)and Cynicism(t=2.33,P〈0.001)scores were significantly higher than the norm,and the main difference in demographic variables were attributed to departments.job burnout was remarkably related to all dimensions of coping style while job satisfaction differed in dimensions and copingstyle,too.Multiple regression analysis showed that coping style could be a notable regulating variable to among job satisfaction,Emotional Exhaustion and Cyni-cism.Conclusions job burnout exists commonly among college logistic staffs.Demographic variables,job satisfac-tion and coping style are all important factors to the burnout.Furthermore,coping style has a regulating effect on the relationship between job burnout and satisfaction.
